Born and raised in Slovakia, Martina developed an early love for nature and floristry, inspired by her grandmother, an avid gardener whose passion for plants left a lasting impression. She later studied at the Hotel Academy, earning her mixologist certificate and building a strong foundation in hospitality.
After moving to Canada in 2001, she spent many years working in the hospitality industry, where her appreciation for service, creativity, and guest experiences continued to grow. Over time, her interests evolved into a seamless blend of floristry and mixology—two crafts rooted in beauty, balance, and thoughtful presentation.
Today, through Lilies and Libations, she brings these worlds together creating custom cocktail-inspired arrangements and crafting inventive libations that tell a unique story and elevate every occasion.
